Finally Easing a Feeling

I can sit here and stare
Or i can go out somewhere
But nothing helps this feeling

Sitting here in silence
Muscles tight and tense
But nothing helps this feeling

Tears running down my face
Seeming so out of place
Still nothing helps this feeling

Only one saving grace
Can put a smile on my face
And finally conquer this feeling
